Dr. Tim Hart

Dr Tim Hart has more than 30 years of experience in technology commercialisation, innovation management, and university spin-out realisation. His career spans academia, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer, with a particular focus on translating scientific discoveries into life sciences ventures. He has led the spin-out of several investment-backed life sciences companies from university research and advised the formation and growth of many others. He has also held executive and non-executive roles across the innovation ecosystem.

As Director of Warwick Innovations at the University of Warwick, Tim leads the University's technology transfer activities, supporting researchers in bringing world-class innovations to market.

At Xambika, Tim serves on the Board, drawing on his extensive experience in university innovation, technology commercialisation, and scaling science-based ventures. He is committed to helping translate pioneering research from the University of Warwick into innovations that improve patient care and deliver lasting societal impact.
